ENOM Technologies Inc. (“ENOM”, “we”, “us”) is a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada, with its office at 103-11440 Ellerslie Road SW, Edmonton, AB. We are responsible for the personal information we handle through this website and our services. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@enomtechnologies.ca.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and operate the site:

• Information you give us. When you submit a contact or walkthrough-request form, we collect the name, email address and any details you include in your message.
• AI assistant messages. If you use our website assistant (“Nova”), the messages you type are collected to generate a reply and to help us improve the assistant. Please do not enter sensitive personal, financial or account information into the chat.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the walkthrough or service you request.
• To operate, secure, maintain and improve this website and our assistant.
• To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We collect, use and disclose personal information with your consent, which you give by submitting a form or using the assistant, except where the law permits or requires us to act otherwise. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal and contractual limits.

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our services. Some of them process data on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States, which means that information may be subject to the laws of those countries:

• Website hosting for serving these pages and recording server logs.
• Form delivery for passing contact and walkthrough-request submissions to our inbox.
• AI processing for generating assistant replies from the messages you type.
• Database and storage for recording enquiries and assistant conversations.

Our FlexPay platform is a separate environment: member data handled by FlexPay is processed and stored in a Canadian region (a Toronto data centre), as described on our Trust & Security page.

This site uses only the cookies and browser storage needed for it to function and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete information you have submitted.

Under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA), you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you may withdraw consent. To make a request, email support@enomtechnologies.ca. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and multi-factor authentication. Details of our security practices are on our Trust & Security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be posted on this page.
